About Gabriel Higgins

Gabriel Higgins has always had a passion for real estate, entrepreneurship, and all things housing. His journey began in high school when he stumbled upon a YouTuber who inspired him to explore the industry at a young age. Since then, Gabriel’s enthusiasm for real estate, economics, and investing has only grown, leading him to turn his dream into reality.

 

Before joining DeClute Real Estate, Gabriel worked as a leasing agent in Waterloo, Ontario, where he successfully helped over 200 people find their dream homes in a single year. Now, as a Sales Representative with the team, he thrives on building connections and guiding clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives—buying or selling a home. His favourite part of the job? Meeting new people every day and making the real estate process seamless and enjoyable.

 

A lifelong resident of Cliffcrest—aside from four years spent in Guelph—Gabriel has a deep appreciation for the stunning parks, the charm of the residential streets, and the community’s family-friendly atmosphere. When he’s not helping clients, you might find him exploring the Scarborough Bluffs, enjoying his favourite local spots like Jatujak or The Suya Spot.
