Broker, OwnerRick DeClute is a real estate Broker and the owner of DeClute Real Estate. Along with his sister, Rochelle DeClute, they own and operate both DeClute Real Estate and their staging company, Turn Around Interiors.
The ultimate innovator, Rick is always the go-to person when the team needs to problem-solve for a tough negotiation or a hard-to-sell property.
A pioneer in many respects, Rick was the first to create a staging company in the east end, explore podcasting, and even build an independent boutique brokerage. In doing so, he has also built one of the top teams in the industry.
Together, Rochelle and Rick DeClute have called Toronto’s East End home since their grandmother started her career as a real estate agent decades ago. That’s why they continue to work, live, and play right here – in The Beach, The Upper Beaches, East York, and the Scarborough Bluffs neighbourhoods.
