Spring is in the air and so is the spring real estate market! Traditionally this can be one of our busiest months. We often see a little slow down for a few days over the week of March break (a great time to stage) and then the flood gates typically open up and we see a ton of new listings hit the market.

This is such a great time of year to take a breather before that last push until the end of school, enjoying some down time with the family over the break. Now that my kids are grown I have to admit it. I miss the March break scramble. I was never as organized it seemed as the other parents when my kids were younger. Getting time away with my kids always seemed like I had won a race. March break was often extra special because my twins have a birthday that almost always fell during the March break.  Now that they are 25 I can breathe easy.
