We have always embraced technology and it has always been a very big part of the way we do business. Real Estate has always been a business we have integrated into our lives, in doing this we have long been well set up to facilitate all of our services remotely. In light of the COVID-19 virus and the need to stay home, we continue to follow strict guidelines to protect everyone’s health and our brokers and agents continue to work remotely as recommended by various health agencies and governments.

Presenting our listings

We have long been a believer in amazing photography and virtual tours. On our web site you will find easy access to viewing homes inside and out top to bottom. We are also utilizing Facetime tours and Facetime appointments for potential buyers to view homes for the protection of our clients and the community.

Meetings with our buyer and seller clients

All of our team members continue to innovate and embrace technology both new and old. We are well set up and able to continue to provide the highest level of service and expertise to our clients who still have the need to buy or sell at this time. We have always put our clients first and we continue to approach our business in these times with exactly this in mind. We are following strict guidelines to protect everyone’s health as recommended by various health agencies and governments.

Open Houses and showings

We provide virtual tours on our listings on our web site and also on Realtor.ca and all of our social media platforms. We are also utilizing Facebook live for tours and showings for the protection of our clients, staff and our community. Appointments are still available on a case by case basis provided we meet the criteria recommended by various health agencies and governments.

Offers and consultations

Our values remain clear, you, our clients and our community are our first priority. We continue to provide you with the highest level of service and expertise that you have come to expect and continue to rely on. While we value the face-to-face relationships, we are able to meet with clients by various technology, Zoom, Facetime, Skype and Google Hangouts. Documents can easily by signed using our electronic signatures, a technology we know well, are comfortable with and have relied on for many years. We continue to assist our clients with all of their Real Estate needs and we are happy to join you in the comfort your home virtually to discuss any questions or concerns you may have.
