Currently the 6th president of Fleming College in Peterborough, ON, Maureen has more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience, spanning the post-secondary, health care, government and not-for-profit sectors.

OUR PANEL

Melanie Wright
Broker and Owner of the Wright Sisters Group which she and her sister Lindsay founded in 1999. Melanie is actively involved in her community, with a passion for supporting and participating in local team sports. Equipped with a business degree from Ryerson University, and having worked in every aspect of real estate since her teens, Melanie has a wealth of knowledge, insight and experience, and enjoys mentoring young professionals in her field.

Trang Trinh
The Founding Director & CEO of TREC Brands, a recreational cannabis brand house. Trang is one of the few female cannabis CEOs in Canada, stepping into the cannabis scene after over a decade in the professional services world. She is a champion for diversity and inclusion and advancement of women. Through TREC, she is committed to supporting transformative causes that her consumers care about through a program called 10% for Good where 10% of TREC’s gross profits are donated to organizations based on consumers’ vote.

Rochelle DeClute
Broker of Record and Owner of DeClute Real Estate, Union Realty Brokerage Inc, Rochelle is a well respected entrepreneur and she is active in several community initiatives. She most recently sat on the Michael Garron Hospital Foundation campaign cabinet. Rochelle has been nominated three times for the RBC Canadian Women of Influence award.
