Meet Gabriel

Gabriel Higgins brings enthusiasm, drive, and a genuine passion for real estate to the DeClute Real Estate team. As a Sales Representative, Gabriel loves connecting with new people, building relationships, and helping clients feel confident as they navigate an important move.

His interest in real estate began in high school after discovering the world of real estate investing, economics, and entrepreneurship, and that early inspiration quickly grew into a career path that felt like the perfect fit.

Before joining DeClute Real Estate in January 2025, Gabriel worked as a leasing agent in Waterloo, where he helped more than 200 people find homes in just one year. That experience gave him a strong foundation in client care, listening closely to people’s needs, and guiding them through every step of the process with patience and attention to detail.

A lifelong Cliffcrest resident, Gabriel has a real appreciation for East Toronto living and the communities that make this part of the city so special. He especially loves the Bluffs, the surrounding parks and nature, the family-friendly atmosphere, and the residential charm that defines the neighbourhood. His local favourites include Jatujak, Amazing Shawarma, and The Suya Spot.

At home, Gabriel’s favourite place is the kitchen, where great food and even better conversation come together. His home style leans rustic and cottage-inspired, and Christmas is his favourite season for decorating. He is also known for making a wicked pappardelle bolognese. Around the office, Gabriel is appreciated for his sense of humour, positive energy, and the way he embraces the strong sense of community that makes DeClute Real Estate such a special team to be part of. One of his favourite team traditions is the Annual Christmas Market.
