Proudly serving as the Broker of Record and co-owner of DeClute Real Estate along with my brother Rick DeClute, we have built a real estate team that’s a staple in East Toronto. We also own and operate our own staging company, Turn Around Interiors.
Toronto’s East End has been home to my family for generations.
I live, work, and invest in Beach real estate. The Beach, Upper Beaches, East York, and Scarborough Bluffs are neighbourhoods I know intimately in East Toronto and serve with unmatched local expertise.
Dating back to the moment our grandmother began her real estate career decades ago, the DeClute’s have called East Toronto home. I consciously play an active role in the community, where I currently serve on the Campaign Cabinet for the Michael Garron Hospital Foundation, supporting one of East Toronto’s most vital institutions. My leadership and impact have been recognized through three nominations for the RBC Canadian Women of Influence Award, reflecting my commitment to both professional excellence and meaningful community engagement.
Outside of real estate, I bring my passion for interior design into everything I do. My creative eye informs staging decisions, renovation guidance, and long-term value planning for clients navigating Beach real estate. The result is a thoughtful, design-forward approach that enhances how homes are presented and how buyers connect emotionally with a space.
