Tyler is a fourth generation DeClute and real estate agent with extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of the real estate industry. Prior to attending law school, Tyler worked for a large construction company doing residential renovations. After receiving his Juris Doctor degree from Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law, Tyler went on to become the managing associate at one of the busiest law firms in Toronto’s East end. During this time, Tyler was involved in more real estate transactions each and every month than most real estate agents see in five years. Due to his expertise in real estate transactions, Tyler also drafted agreements and provided counsel for numerous real estate agents and real estate brokerages all over Ontario. It is this unique experience and knowledge that allow Tyler to provide his clients with an unparalleled level of service.
