Prior to attending law school, I worked for a large construction company doing residential renovations. After receiving my Juris Doctor degree from Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law, I went on to become the managing associate at one of the busiest law firms in Toronto’s East end. During this time, I was involved in more real estate transactions each and every month than most real estate agents see in five years.
A fourth generation DeClute and real estate agent, I’ve built an extensive knowledge base and experience in all aspects of the industry.
Due to this early expertise in real estate transactions, I also drafted agreements and provided counsel for numerous real estate agents and real estate brokerages all over Ontario. It is this unique experience and knowledge that allow me to provide my clients with an unparalleled level of service.
