Hit restart this 2022 with a slower paced, reset and restore yoga. Limited spots available! January 25th at 5:30pm (45 minute class) No props are required for this class however a yoga mat, or something that won’t slip on the floor is ideal. Otherwise, a hard wood floor is also good with bare feet. A blanket or pillow are a plus for comfort at the end. Resilient yoga allows you to focus on your own breath, supports cognitive function of the brain and allows measured movement for growing strength and flexibility over time. This is an all levels class. Modifications are offered if required.
