Vaccines and Ice Creams!

Receive a complimentary ice cream voucher after you get your COVID-19 vaccine at this weekend’s pop-up clinic!* When: 8 a.m. Sunday, May 30th, 2021 Where: Kew Gardens (2075 Queen Street East, Toronto, ON M4L 1J1) (at the ice rink) Who: Individuals 12+ who live/work/attend school in any “M” postal code.** How: No appointment necessary, drop-in on a first come first serve basis. First dose only. Pfizer will be administered. Bring: Please bring your health card and proof of address, such as driver’s license, bank statement or utility bill; proof of employment, such as work ID or pay stub; or proof you attend a local school, such as student ID or report card.

Individuals 12 years of age and older are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine through mobile and pop-up clinics located in their community. At this time, the pop-up vaccine clinics are administering first doses only. Pfizer or Moderna will be administered depending on supply. If you received your first dose at one of our pop-up vaccine clinics in East Toronto, you will be contacted approximately 12 weeks after your first dose with next steps to confirm your second dose appointment. Michael Garron Hospital and East Toronto Health Partners are committed to creating accessible pop-up and mobile clinics for all individuals receiving a COVID-19 vaccine. They ensure each clinic can provide accommodations for those who need assistance during their visit, including seniors, individuals with mobility impairments and special needs, and people with young children. Accommodations may include:

Separate clinic entrance;
Expedited line;
Elevator access; and/or
A sit-and-stay vaccination experience.
